Deadline for Provider Registration is

October 2, 2024

 

1   Load-In Dock access to Hall C & D are

     Docks 26-34. Dock 19 and 35 have ramps.

 

2.  Each Provider will be assigned one table and two

     chairs

​

3.  Provider tables will be  labeled.

 

4.  If you need electricity at your table, note this

     when registering, Be sure to bring an extension

     cord.

 

5.   Limited WIFI will be available on a first come

    first serve basis.

 

6.  Providers staffing tables may  register for our

     event lunch.

 

*   We strongly encourage Providers to set up their tables on Monday October 21 from noon - 2:30pm

            Please be ready by 7:30 AM on Tuesday,

             October 22.

            Doors open for Guests at 8:00am on
