             COTA bus arrives the morning

 

 10:30a     Geo. Fern begins setting up pipe &

                 Drape 

 

11:00a     Donors drop off their items at docks

                26-34,  (dock ramps 19 and 35 )

               Stage  lighting and speakers are set

                up by Mill James

               Pennants are assembled by volunteers

 

 11:30a     Oakstone on stage rehearsal

 

Noon        Providers arrive to set up their tables
